Seafood Capellini Marinara

Serves 4

2 Lobster tails – cut in halves

12 Medium shrimp

12 Medium Scallops

1 cup Calamari rings

12 Black Mussels

12 Medium-Small Clams

3 cups Marinara sauce

1/2 lbs. cooked Capellini

3 cups Chicken broth

2 teaspoons chopped parsley



Place chicken broth and marinara sauce into a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat.  Bring to a full boil, add the lobster tails & simmer for 2 minutes.  Add the rest of the seafood to the pan, then cover and simmer until all seafood is cooked and clams & mussels are opened.  Add in the hot pasta, stir to incorporate, ladle into serving bowls, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
